- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

I stayed in this Airbnb recently for an entire week with my family of 4, and I was a bit iffy at first since I don’t usually go with places that don’t have enough reviews as it was a new building. But my stay overall was amazing they had great amenities, very responsive and what I really love is being safe a secure. You cannot get in the gate without a room number/last name so nobody random comes through and it was right in town where we could walk to stores and indulge in the culture. This apartment had everything we needed and more. Cleanliness was another key thing for me as well I always bring my own sheets to places because I’m a germ freak but everything was new and clean. Hands down 5 stars ???I recommend to any girl trips and families needing that clean/safe factor to book here.
