The ground floor offers a plush bedroom with a king-size bed and a shared bathroom, alongside a fully equipped kitchen boasting seating for 8 and an additional 2 seats at the island. Head upstairs to discover four more elegantly designed bedrooms, each boasting an ensuite bathroom and its own smart TV for personalized entertainment. There's also a second TV lounge area upstairs, which includes a foosball table to keep the entertainment going. With a total capacity of 15 guests, this home promises a great stay for the whole family.
Our guest can enjoy all the perks offered by the Sonoma Luxury Resort. You'll have access to the large resort-style swimming pool with sun loungers and shaded cabanas, a hot tub, a gym, and more. Plus, it's super close to Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, as well as awesome golf courses, cool outlet stores, and malls.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
