The spacious open concept living design features large windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio. The kitchen has a 10 foot quartz island, 6 burner professional gas range, additional double wall ovens, a wine fridge, and lighted glass front cabinetry. There's a large dining table inside, but also a sprawling furnished back deck with an outdoor dining area and BBQ grill.

The gorgeous primary bedroom has a King size bed and grand window with views of the backyard and creek. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a separate rain head shower (featuring multiple body sprayers), a freestanding soaking tub, and 2 vanities. You'll love the huge walk-in closet with built in shelving. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and has a wood accent walls. It shares a full bathroom with gorgeous tiles and a double vanity with the third bedroom, which has 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a triple bunk bed (each mattress is twin size), an ensuite bathroom, and glass doors leading outdoors.

The property has abundant outdoor spaces including a huge back deck under towering oaks, front courtyard under 200 year old pecan trees, covered cedar beam pergola, an in-ground pool and new poolside bathroom/changing area. The sundeck is furnished with sun loungers and there's a pool volleyball net for your use. The fully fenced in yard sweeps around the house with game fencing, and there's plenty of space for yard games, and we've got family favorites like croquet and cornhole ready to play.

Fancy a game of tennis? What about pickleball? Or perhaps basketball is more of your game? You can have your choice since this home offers a private sport court suitable for all 3, and has the equipment for you, free to use. The games don't stop there either, we've also got an outdoor badminton net and equipment, plus table tennis inside the games room. You'll also find darts in here, plus a games console with a big screen TV.
