You'll love the huge walk-in closet with built in shelving. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and has a wood accent walls. It shares a full bathroom with gorgeous tiles and a double vanity with the third bedroom, which has 2 twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a triple bunk bed (each mattress is twin size), an ensuite bathroom, and glass doors leading outdoors.
The property has abundant outdoor spaces including a huge back deck under towering oaks, front courtyard under 200 year old pecan trees, covered cedar beam pergola, an in-ground pool and new poolside bathroom/changing area. The sundeck is furnished with sun loungers and there's a pool volleyball net for your use. The fully fenced in yard sweeps around the house with game fencing, and there's plenty of space for yard games, and we've got family favorites like croquet and cornhole ready to play.

You can have your choice since this home offers a private sport court suitable for all 3, and has the equipment for you, free to use. Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Awesome property!! We had an awesome time. House was clean and functional....land was relaxing and fun...and BIG. We thought the location was amazing....slightly out of town- which means quiet and more space, but it's close enough to DT that we didn't mind multiple trips to and from the house per day. Pool was great to have as an option to escape the humidity. Just fyi...if you do have dogs, the front gate wasn't functioning so we had to close it by hand....even still, there was a gap btwn the gate and post so we had to bridge it with a piece of lattice and bungee to make the yard completely closed for the dogs. After the small mod....all was good. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. We would love to stay here again if they'd have us! Awesome time ?
