Excelente propiedad, todo limpio, vista fenomenal, súper cómoda, las camas deliciosas, cada baño con todo lo necesario, no me puedo quejar de la comunicación (siempre estuvieron al pendiente y respuesta rápida). Una de las de Upstay (Oriana) se tomó de su tiempo para conocernos y fue muy amable. Todos quedamos encantados y con ganas de volver.

Evan and Emma were very easy to communicate with, the houses was beautiful and had everything we were looking for our mini vacation. Their home is beautiful!

Yes the host answered all questions, immediately through email, house is large with all bedrooms having their own bathroom

It was a wonderful house for many family members to enjoy together. Everything was spacious and more than sufficient in size, allowing the whole family to have a great time. Even late at night, the responses and service were prompt and excellent. The pool and lake view were also amazing.

Great house! Plenty of space for everyone (we were a party of 6). Loved that everyone had their own bathroom. Would rent again if we’re back in the area. Owner/manager also very responsive to all of my questions. Check out was super simple too!

House was awesome, everything was great from communication to the house itself! In a lovely gated community with everything you needed for a lovely stay! Only 20 mins from all Disney parks with a Walmart only 2 mins around the corner and most other amenities within 10 mins! Great place

This is a great property to stay at. A gated community with walking trails that is close to shopping and all the parks. Pool, hot tub, and game room were throughly enjoyed. Hosts were very responsive to any questions.

The house was very large and clean, perfect for our group. They do charge separately for the pool & hot tub heat, and also charge additional fees to use the grill, which we thought was ridiculous. Otherwise we liked the house.

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent and very prompt. We especially loved the private pool and the game room, which was a big hit with the kids. Everything was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Our experience at this property was great, except for the hot tub not working, which was a significant letdown for me. However, interacting with Oriana was a highlight. She responded quickly, faster than any other host I've dealt with previously. I want to commend Oriana for her efforts in trying to resolve the hot tub issue. Although it couldn't be fixed right away, her next steps were impressive. She offered to relocate us to a different property, just a block away, with a larger house and a working hot tub. This gesture demonstrated her dedication to customer satisfaction, as she could have simply apologized for the inconvenience and explained the need to order a replacement part. Instead, she took the initiative to ensure our comfort. Although relocating was inconvenient, it was ultimately worth it. We appreciate Oriana's commitment to customer service and would prefer to work exclusively with her for all future trips. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Having access to a functioning hot tub was crucial in helping us visit four parks in three days.
