Located just steps from The University of Texas, this 4 bedroom apartment has a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring, and a private balcony patio. There is complimentary Wi-Fi, and an in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. There are two bedrooms that have two double beds, and two more bedrooms that each have one double bed. All four of the bedrooms have their own private ensuite bathroom, and personal laptop friendly workstations.
Our guests get complimentary access to the building amenities, including the large outdoor swimming pool and furnished sundeck. There's a poolside BBQ area with outdoor dining space. Inside, you'll find an entertainment lounge with a large flat screen TV and games, including table tennis, foosball and billiards. The study center has both group and private study rooms, plus free printing! Guests love our 24-hour fitness center overlooking the community pool, and our building is pet-friendly with a private bark park.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
