Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

The property is amazing. This was our first full team offsite since we started the company, there was amazing space for us to do working sessions through out the day, bring in a private chef at night, and then plenty of areas and set up to do the most important part of these types of company trips - socializing. The location is awesome, right near Rainey Street easily walkable. The rooms are great and spacious, the amenities were perfect and i couldn't have asked for a better host!!! Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay with a big group. We had a nice family style meal in the kitchen with lots of space and cooking amenities. Great location and walkable to many places and the trail by the river.

Awesome location and perfect for our offsite. Would definitely rent again. Was an awesome space for our team of 9, cooking was great in the space, game rooms were fun, and the propane tanks were all completely fuel. Very well equipped.

We used this location for a small corporate team-offsite (9 folks) so we leveraged the space extensively. We loved all of the bedrooms, but also the sheer number of common spaces that enabled different folks to find a quiet corner whenever they needed. Location was easy for restaurants to make deliveries for our lunches. And we walked out to Rainey Street for our evening dinners. The team was super communicative and extremely flexible. This was a first for our team (to participate in a group stay like this). It is a delicate, sensitive balance - but we have a great team and combined with the outstanding location, it was huge hit all around.
