Able to host up to 6 guests at a time, this bungalow features a master King bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, another King bedroom, and a Queen bedroom. The home has a fully remodeled kitchen with high-end appliances, new flooring throughout, updated bathrooms with modern fixtures, and fresh paint both inside and out. There is a dedicated work space and high speed internet service.
Step outside and enjoy the spacious furnished patio! There's an outdoor dining area shaded by a large patio umbrella, perfect for savoring a BBQ meal hot off the grill. After eating, you can burn off those calories with some fun lawn games. We have cornhole to keep the competition going in our fully fenced yard. Plus, there’s a putting green with clubs for your entertainment! After the sun goes down, cozy up around the gas fire-table on the patio and sip on a local brew.
Inside, we've got even more fun for you! The comfortable living room has a 65" smart TV, and is packed with more games. You'll find family favorites like Air Hockey, Darts and Foosball ready for your entertainment.
Around the corner, you'll find a fully equipped, open concept kitchen. New stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, large capacity fridge/freezer combo, full sized oven and stove-top, and microwave. It has everything you need to prepare a lovely home-cooked meal, which you can enjoy at the dining room table, or the outdoor dining area on the patio!
Guests get full access to the home and there is free parking in the driveway with space for two vehicles.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
