There's room for 6 guests at a time.
The apartment is in the heart of Greenwood Coxwell, in the Leslieville neighbourhood of Toronto. You'll be steps from public transit, which you can use to explore the entire city. You'll be surrounded by Toronto’s trendiest restaurants, entertainment, coffee shops, and bars. You'll also be a mere few blocks from Greenwood Park. This 6-hectare park features lighted ball diamonds, an outdoor pool, a playground & a dog park, and hosts farmer's markets seasonally.
Stroll though the neighbourhood to find charming parks and gardens as well as over 125 restaurants and shops within the Gerrard India Bazaar that celebrate the regional diversities of South Asian culture, food, and music.
Monarch Park is a 5 hectare park near Danforth and Coxwell Avenue that features a dog off-leash area, an outdoor pool, a wading pool and a children's playground. During the winter there is also an artificial ice rink in operation.
The Riverdale Hub is a social enterprise located in a vibrantly painted century-old building that has been adapted to offer co-working space, offices and event space for local entrepreneurs, community groups and artists. It also houses a community gallery and the environmentally-conscious Social Gardener Cafe.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
