This modern townhouse is perfect for your next family getaway. Large enough for 10 people to stay at a time, and located at the ChampionsGate Resort. Perfect for families, each of the bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV to stream all your favorite shows. The ground level of the home hosts a King sized bedroom, and the other 3 bedrooms are located up the stairs on the second floor. You'll find another King bedroom suite here, with a sparkling ensuite bathroom. There's also a room with both a full sized and a twin sized bed, and the final bedroom has a bunk-bed with a twin mattress on the top bunk, and a full size mattress on the bottom bunk.

The whole family will love cooling off in the private swimming pool. The spacious open-concept design is group friendly and there's plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools you'll need to whip up a great meal. There are large capacity dining tables both indoors and outdoors, so you can enjoy your meals at the family dining table, or poolside with the BBQ grill.

The house is also equipped with all the comforts of home, including complimentary WiFi, in-home laundry machines, cable TV, air conditioning and free onsite parking. Parking is available in front of the townhome and across the street, on a first-come, first-served basis.

ChampionsGate is a luxurious, family-friendly retreat in the heart of Central Florida. The clubhouse is absolutely packed with facilities for entertainment, dining, sports and business, so whether it’s a meal you have on your mind, or you need to get in touch with the office, you’ll find everything you need right here. The Oasis Clubhouse has an expansive water park with a quiet zone, lane swim pool, jacuzzi hot tub, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone, a two storey waterslide, and a lazy river. There's also poolside cabanas, sun loungers and a poolside tiki bar. Onsite staff also organise and run daily entertainment. Bring on the goggles and floaties!

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
