Description

For groups of up to 12 people, each person will have their own bed. For large groups, five (5) additional beds can be accessed on-demand using 4 convertible accent chairs and 1 sofa bed.

The first floor has one full bedroom with a full bath, as well as a 3-layer bunk bed in an enclosed flex area. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen that includes a wine cooler. Enjoy an 86" television with surround sound while using a 3-in-1 convertible pool, poker, or ping pong table. Poker chips, cards, and dealer button included.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms, and a washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a total of two full-sized beds in two standard bedrooms. The third bedroom, a Master Suite, has two queen size beds.

The third floor bedroom has two twin-size beds, a double bed, and a wet bar (ice maker, refrigerator, and sink), along with access to a rooftop patio. Perfect for mornings and evenings, the rooftop patio is surrounded by views of the lush green canopy of the property's pecan trees.

A large outside entertainment area on the 1st-floor has long picnic tables (2.6 ft by 10 ft ) with plenty of chairs for your group's outdoor activities, including dinner, drinks, and BBQ on the grill.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

The house was super clean and had good amenities. Not all of the bed/room descriptions matched... but luckily there were enough beds for everyone and they were all comfortable. Parking was tight in the driveway - better for small cars, not trucks. Real easy access to down town Austin and a great bagel place around the corner! Would definitely stay again with a large group under the same circumstances.

Overall a great spot for a large group. We comfortably slept 16 people in this unit. There’s a coffee, bagel shop and bar within walking distance which made it easy for people to split off and not have to drive around. There was enough plates and utensils for us to cook meals and the place stayed nice and cool despite the Texas heat! Hosts were easy to communicate with and pricing was reasonable for a holiday weekend. Loved the roof top area. Beds were comfortable and clean. Washer dryer with detergent came in clutch. Check in was easy and cleaning requirements were minimal. Would stay again with a large group!

We really enjoyed our stay here for my bachelorette party! The bathrooms attached to every bedroom were super helpful for a big group of girls getting ready at the same time. We also really appreciated all the different areas to gather like the fire pit, balcony, and living room.

This house was perfect for our stay in Austin. We had 9 girls and everyone was able to have their own bed with most of the bedrooms having an attached bathroom. It was an easy Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go in the city. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I return to Austin!

The home was a wonderful place. The duplex is tucked back in the lot with parking and a beautiful outdoor area. The house was clean and full of amenities. The rooftop patio is the perfect place to hang out and relax after a day of exploring Austin. UrbanStay's quickly responded to any question I had and even let us place our bags in the home before our check-in time. I would come back to this location any time.

This home was the perfect fit our family Holiday Reunion! It catered to young kids as well as adults. The best was the number of full bathrooms so everyone wasn't fighting over the showers. The hosts were very responsive with any questions/concerns I had and were able to accommodate a late check out. The home had a lot of charm and was in a great area of East Austin. What a great place for our family reunion! The bedrooms and baths were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was terrific, and we enjoyed the rooftop and front outdoor area. Everything was spotless, too. We walked the trails, went for coffee, food trucks, and other shopping easily, and it was a short drive into downtown. Would stay here again for sure!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay for the weekend for a buddy’s birthday. Great location as we golfed at two municipal courses that were both approximately 15 mins away. The airport was also located less than 15 mins away. A group of 12 of us fit comfortably. Weather was amazing during our stay so the patio was a great place to hangout and use the grill and the fireplace. Hosts were very prompt at responding anytime I had questions. Easy check-in and check out process and great information guide book included if you’re looking for recommendation.

Wish I could own this property! Love it so much. Stayed with colleagues on a work trip, we all had our own en suite and each bedroom gave us the peace and quiet from others in the home. Place was very clean and upkept, huge TV to watch a game at night. We cooked ourselves dinners in the big kitchen while we all worked on our computers. All in all I will be looking to see when this place is available next time down!

Our stay was great. We stayed here with a group for a team offsite and it worked out perfectly. The setup of bedrooms each with a private bathroom was really great. The kitchen was huge with space for four of us to work at the counter! Also lots of places to plug in if needed. Kitchen had everything we needed for appliances and dishwater. Loved having a dishwasher which we used a lot. The bedrooms were all nice and had good space. The bunk room off the kitchen was nice for any overflow but does not have an attached bathroom. The roof deck off the top floor bedroom was a nice space to hang out. Check in was super easy and it was great to not need a key- more flexibility when the group split up and came home at different times. We didn’t explore the neighborhood much but it looked fun and lots of stuff within walking distance. Proximity to the airport was great. About 10 minutes with no traffic. Overall worked perfectly for us.
