Large enough for 12 guests to stay at a time, the primary King bedroom is located on the ground level of the home and has a large ensuite bathroom. The additional 5 bedrooms are all upstairs on the second level. You'll find three more King suites plus two additional rooms with twin beds. Each bedroom comes with fresh linens and fluffy pillows, plus large windows for lots of natural light, and each has its own TV.
You'll love the group-friendly open concept design of the living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools and dinnerware you need, and there's even a kitchen island for additional seating and extra countertop space. Featuring both indoor and outdoor dining areas, you can have whichever dining option suites your mood.
For your entertainment, there's not just one, but two living room lounge areas (one on the ground level of the home and the other upstairs). Both are complete with comfortable seating and smart TVs. Plus, we've converted the garage into a Mario Brothers themed games room, and added family favorites like billiards and foosball. The highlight of the home, however, is the back sundeck. Featuring a private swimming pool and spill-over jacuzzi hot tub, as well as privacy panels built along the front area, and hedges grown along the sides. You'll find sun recliner chairs here too, along with your poolside dining table and BBQ grill.

• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
• If you need a high chair or pack 'n play, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to provide them at no extra charge. Enjoy your stay!

Cancellation Policy

- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

We all very much enjoyed our stay ! The ONLY downfall was the jacuzzi not working the first two days but after being in contact about it our host was able to fix and accommodate me which made it better! Also, the grill is also available for a $70 fee which is not listed I was under the impression it was for use like the pool.. I would also buy trash bags as there were only 2 for our week stay of 7 people .. the house is absolutely beautiful! Spacious kitchen and rooms. Super comfy beds ! And such a cool game room !! We would deff recommend staying here and would love to return !
