The home offers eight comfortable bedrooms, including two king suites conveniently located on the first floor. Upstairs, you'll find a variety of sleeping arrangements—twin, queen, king, and bunk beds—thoughtfully laid out with shared bathrooms to make group stays seamless and stress-free. Several of the upstairs bedrooms are delightfully themed, adding a fun and immersive touch that kids (and kids-at-heart!) will love.

For even more fun at home, head to the private games room in the garage featuring a ping pong table, air hockey, and arcade games. Plus, there’s a gaming console set up in the loft—perfect for some friendly competition or downtime indoors.

You'll be located at the ChampionsGate resort and our guests get complimentary access to the resort facilities. The clubhouse is absolutely packed with amenities for entertainment, dining, sports and business, so whether it’s a meal you have on your mind, or you need to get in touch with the office, you’ll find everything you need. It has an expansive water park with poolside cabanas, sun loungers and a poolside tiki bar. For family fun, there's water slides, a children's splash zone and lazy river.

The resort provides free doughnut rings to float down the lazy river. Parents and grown-ups will enjoy the tranquility of the lagoon pool and surrounding sun deck, the shaded cabanas, the Tiki Bar and bubbling spa pool. Enjoy a meal at the Oasis Grille restaurant, or a snack at the Tiki Bar by the pool. The full service Tiki Bar provides soft drinks, beers, wine and liquor, as well as snacks, and onsite staff organise and run daily entertainment. • Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.
