From the screened-in back patio to the in-home movie theatre, you're going to love this place! And when you've had enough of soaking up the Florida sunshine in the lounge chairs, plunge into the private swimming pool to cool off!
The top-of-the-line kitchen boasts premium appliances, a large island countertop, and everything you need to prep and serve up a delicious family meal throughout your stay (or pop open those takeout containers...yeah, we get you!). The kitchen features not one, but two full-sized fridge/freezer combo units, so everyone's snacks can stay chilled. And when you're done cooking, we've got the cleanup covered with two large capacity dishwashers.
Looking for some fun after your meal? The garage has been converted into a games room. Here, you'll find family favs hot shot hoops, foosball and billiards. But don't think that means there's no parking, there's still plenty of free parking space on the driveway! Any overflow can park at the clubhouse.
The amenities continue on the second floor, where you and your crew can enjoy a movie night-in in the theater room, complete with a huge projection screen and comfy plush seating.
The ground level of the house has 2 King bedroom suites, and the remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. You'll find four more King suites there, as well as two kids rooms, one with bunk-beds and the other with two twin beds.
In addition to everything that this incredible home has to offer, you'll also receive access to the Bella Vida Resort. Our guests are practically royalty around here, with full access to the resort's fantastic facilities. You've got a massive community pool and a sundeck where you can catch some rays. Plus, we've got enough sports courts to make your head spin, a fancy-schmancy clubhouse, and a whopping 15 acres of jaw-dropping lakes – insta-worthy, for sure! Shoot some hoops or spike some volleyballs on our sports courts. And if you're feeling like a fitness guru, there's a gym waiting for you. Table tennis and foosball? Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
