The community features a world-class 13,000 sqft 2 storey clubhouse with onsite restaurant, communal pools, gym, kids club and a Flowrider surf pool & wake simulator, which is a first for Orlando vacation homes communities (additional fee applies). Access to the resort clubhouse is free for all onsite guests and there is complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the clubhouse and pool areas.Â
As you pull up to your vacation home, please park on the driveway, because we've converted the garage into a games room! Packed with family favourites like foosball and air hockey, the whole crew will love playing games in here when they've had enough sun for the day.
Or, perhaps you'd rather soak up the sunshine from your private screened-in back patio? Stretch out and relax on the sunloungers, and plunge into your own sparkling swimming pool when it's time to cool off. And let's not forget about the spill-over hot tub. Plus, you'll love the added privacy of the garden view - no rear facing neighbours! You can add BBQ to your menu too, since you've got your own outdoor grill and poolside dining area.
Step inside to the adjacent top-of-the-line kitchen, that boasts premium stainless steel appliances, a large island countertop (with seating for 6), and everything you need to prep and serve up a delicious family meal (or pop open those takeout containers...yeah, we get you!). The open concept living space also features plush comfy seating, and a large flat screen TV - but hey - there are flat screen TVs in every single bedroom. That's right - all 7 of them! Plus the house is connected with high speed internet service, so every selfie can get posted in real time!
Speaking of bedrooms - the ground level of the home features the master King room. It has a gorgeous en suite bathroom with a massive walk in shower and double vanity. The other bedrooms are all located upstairs on the second level of the home. Kids will love the StarWars themed room and the Disney Princess themed room! Each have two twin beds. You'll also find a second TV lounge on this level - perfect for winding down before bedtime.
Plus, our guests get free access to the Solara Clubhouse and it's amenities! Why not enjoy a drink from the Solara Clubhouse Poolside Bar and relax by the firepit and enjoy those stunning warm Florida evenings. You can let the kids play in the splash pool while you chillout nearby. The Solara Resort clubhouse has two different pools areas, the main pool area with zero entry all the way around and the kids play area features water slides and splash bucket which they will love. For the adults, there are ample sun loungers and cabanas.
Other Solara Resort clubhouse facilities include a basketball court, grass football pitches, volleyball court & walking trails. They also have another kid's dry play area situated outside the pool area with offers slides and climbing frames. ClubSolara is a kids club run by Solara Resort which offers a dedicated room featuring classic board games as well as an Xbox One, Nintendo and virtual games on the big cinema screen. The huge gym features treadmill running machines, cross trainers, free weights, gym balls, yoga mats as well as bikes and a number of different leg and chest machines.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
