This lovely spacious condo comes with a full sized bed in each of the three separate bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. The first has a shower-in-tub design, and the second has a large walk-in shower. 6 guests can be hosted at a time. Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment, located on the second floor. There are no elevators in the building, guests will need to take the stairs to access the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances - including a dishwasher. You'll love all the cupboard and countertop space. There's dining table with space for 4, and additional kitchen island bar seating.
The living room has comfortable plush seating, a smart TV for your entertainment. The large windows allow for natural light to flood the space and offering views of the neighbourhood. There is a dedicated laptop-friendly workstation, and the whole apartment has complimentary wifi connection. There's even in suite laundry machines for you to use.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites

Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
