This modern and stylishly designed two-bedroom apartment centrally located in Jaco, offers all the amenities you'll need during a quick getaway - perfect for a group of friends, couples, or small families! Enjoy preparing your dinner in your bright adjoining kitchen, relaxing on the couch in your open-concept living area, or exploring the vibrant and lively neighbourhood brimming with surf beaches and nightlife, with easy access to national parks. The space also features comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms with a walk-in showers, complimentary tea and coffee, and high speed wireless internet. There's space for four in this 2-bedroom beauty. You’ll be kept entertained with access to the condo's semi-olympic pool and loungers, overseeing the beautiful views of Jaco!

•Separate check-in instructions will be sent to you. Please check your email/messages to ensure smooth check-in and stay.

• For security reasons, it is required that all guests are registered prior to arrival. Please note that non-registered guests will not have access to the premises.

• Please note that the resort common area amenities are limited to 7 guests per unit. If you have more than 7, please visit in smaller groups at different times. Thank you for your understanding!

• Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

My husband and I made a last minute reservation due to our flight being pushed back and this was a great little place. It had 24-hour security which we loved cause it allowed us to keep our car safe while we walked the area. The host was very responsive and the apartment was cute and cozy.

Excelente todo muy ordenado es como esta en la descripción y las fotos, esperamos volver pronto. Things I personally experienced: Close proximity to the strip, restaurants, shops, Cocal Hotel. Internet was 100% on point. Strong security. Around the clock alert security guard. Cameras. No power outage. Very clean pool and pool area

The property was very clean, with 24-hour security, making it feel safe and secure at all times. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and several great restaurants, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
