In 2024, the game is set to take place during the weekend of October 11-15, and it's held at the Cotton Bowl Stadium in Dallas.
The Texas State Fair, held at Fair Park in Dallas, runs from September 27 to October 20 in 2024, overlapping with the game weekend. The fair is a Texas tradition, featuring everything from deep-fried foods to thrilling rides, live music, livestock shows, and a huge variety of exhibitions. There's granite countertops, lots of space, and everything you need to prep and serve a fantastic meal - or to just pop open those take-out containers! Enjoy your food around the formal dining table with space for 6, or at the kitchen island bar, which has additional seating for 4. You'll love the high ceilings in the spacious open-concept living room. The large capacity modular sofa stretches around a large cable television and gas fireplace, and there's plenty of seating for everyone.
Just off the living room you'll find sliding glass doors that lead out onto the covered area of the patio. This space features an outdoor fireplace with comfy plush seating and a ping-pong table. Plus you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to the webber outdoor propane grill. Beyond the overhang you'll see the fabulous heated 53 foot outdoor swimming pool and spill-over jacuzzi hot tub. Soak up the Texas sunshine from one of the lounge chair recliners and enjoy a refreshing dip to cool off in the pool. After sundown, you'll love gathering the crew around the outdoor firepit area. It's got all the camping vibes without having to sleep on the ground!
Back inside, enjoy a workout in the private gym! It has everything you could imagine, a Peloton bike, quality treadmill, C2 Rower, CLMBR, Pulley system, full squat rack, great barbells, 0-50 and 0-90lb DBs, yoga mat, adjustable bench, tons of accessories, fantastic sound system, and more!
The amenities continue upstairs where you'll find a games room, complete with a billiards and poker table. Stocked full of board games, cards, and plenty of books to read, you'll no doubt have endless entertainment options in here. But wait until you see the rooftop! The huge walk-out roof top features stunning downtown views, and a furnished covered outdoor movie theatre with a projector screen! You'll love the turf lawn and swinging in the hammock chair! There's also additional suntanning space with sun recliners, and lawn games including cornhole, bocce ball and darts.
The primary bedroom has a King sized bed and automated blinds and shades, plus a sparkling ensuite bathroom, and private patio with a hammock. The spa-like bathroom, features LED mirrors, an oversized tub, a beautiful shower with 5 faucets, and high-end heated toilet with bidet. And if you absolutely must get some work done during your stay, we still have you covered. There's an automatic standing or seated executive desk with enormous widescreen monitor, and high speed internet connection.
The Media & Entertainment Room features hybrid (wine/beer) cooler, Sonos + Klipsch in-wall and soundbar speaker system, 65" TV, a wet bar, and a pull-down Queen Murphy bed.

Heating service is available with a minimum requirement of a 2-night stay.
1. Please note not all of our available dates are placed online for booking at one time. If you see a date that isn't bookable that you are interested in, please feel free to contact us for availability and pricing!
2. This is my personal home and will live close by when renting out. Prior to releasing the check-in information, we will need to have a quick chat with you over the phone to discuss a few house rules.
3. Pool and hot tub heating are an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $75 per day (when outside temperature is above 70 degrees) or $150 per day (when outside temperature is below 70 degrees) for pool heating. Hot tub heating is an additional fee of $25 per day.
4. Propane tank rental is NOT provided, guests will need to source their own.
5. In addition to keeping our home in great shape, we ask all guests to sign a Guest Agreement Waiver Form to understand all house rules and complete a Security Deposit of $2000. This can be done by a secured link or through Airbnb. Please ask us about the two different options should you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
