We've even got comfy lounge chairs and sun recliners for your total relaxation. The adjacent top-of-the-line kitchen boasts premium appliances, a large island countertop, and fully stocked cabinetry, everything you need to prep and serve up a delicious family meal throughout your stay (or pop open those takeout containers...yeah, we get you!). There's not one but two full-sized fridge/freezer combo units, so there's plenty of space for everyone's snacks! There's even two large capacity dishwashers! Enjoy your culinary creations around the oversized dining room table, or head outdoors to your stunning covered patio deck, furnished with tables and chairs. There's even some extra seating at the kitchen island bar!

Back inside, the first floor plays host to a unique game areas. The garage has been converted into an Avatar themed games room, with cool mood lighting, colourful murals and plenty of entertainment! This space boasts billiards, shuffleboard, game console, arcade games, and more!

The amenities continue on the second floor, where you and your crew can enjoy a movie night-in in the theater room, complete with a huge screen and cozy recliners.

Even bedtime will be a blast at this home, thanks to the over-the-top themed bedrooms! The Harry Potter room features bunk-beds with a slide; but all the theme rooms have cool mood lighting, awesome murals and decorative details. There are four King bedrooms on the ground level, and five more King bedrooms on the second floor. The second floor also has a room with two twin beds, the Harry Potter room, and a Esmerelda themed room with a bunk-bed.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $129/animal (one-time fee).

• a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank.
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
