Please note:

• Please note that the theater room is not available for use. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and if you have any other concern do not hesitate to contact us.

• There is basic cookware available in the unit.

Pet Friendly:
• One pet up to 75lbs is very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $99.

Additional Services:
• We're happy to deliver:
- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).
- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).

Quality Assurance:
• Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Super clean, great place to have some comforts of home. Especially loved the balcony facing the nature preserve. It really was a quiet place to relax with family and we enjoyed having breakfast out there in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Be aware cell service for AT&T is poor in the area (not just this property) and if you have a large vehicle the entrance and exit to the garage is a tight fit but doable. Overall a great stay.

Comfortable and affordable, in a great location for all of the attractions we visited. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with any of our needs. The suite was the perfect size for our small group and felt very clean and spacious. We loved the pool area and the enclosed balcony. Overall very happy with our stay.

Very clean apartment, bed is really comfortable and we all slept well. However the pictures are a bit misleading the apartment is a lot older, but it was great and clean.

The unit was spacious and clean with a nice balcony. Appreciated that the resort had overnight security on site. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. The proximity to Flamingo Crossing is great for anyone visiting a Disney CP or Cast Member living in the Flamingo area.

We absolutely adored our whole stay! It was great location close to everything.. the condo was very spacious and very clean also was super quiet in the whole building! Hosts were very friendly and checked in with us multiple times!! Will definitely consider staying here again in future vacations!
