This short-term vacation rental is designed to be as beautiful as it is fun, with a killer frontyard space, a chic modern hot tub, and ample sleeping space for all your friends. Drinking not mandatory, but encouraged. No parties to respect the neighbors. You'll be in the heart of the city and fully ready to hit the bars and help Keep Austin Weird. The space has 8 beds, but if you’re Mr./Mrs. Popular and need more room we also offer an adjoining home as part of a two-house compound, which doubles the size. And in this case, size does matter.

Please note: If you are in need of extra towels, you can purchase through their boarding pass. We can accommodate requests bet 11am-5pm daily. If purchases after 5pm, we will bring them the next day (11am onwards)

Late Check Out -$50/hr ( subject to availability )
Propane Tank - one time charge of $65 to unlock propane bin
Pets are welcome. The pet fee is $50/pet for the whole stay- Max of 2 pets.
Hot tub heating - $35/night (102-104 degrees - subject to outdoor temperature). Must be availed for the entire duration of the stay.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
