The location was perfect to enjoy downtown Austin and the surrounding areas. The interior decorations were fun and really made the mood when we were hanging out at the house. I love the games that were available both inside and outside.

We had a great time staying at this place with my group. Close enough to downtown if you want to do activities in the city, but also quiet enough to have your peace at night. The host is very accommodating and excellent at communication. Will stay here again!

We had a great experience with this property and with UrbanStay! The house is beautiful and just as colorful and fun as the pictures suggest. There were plenty of amenities to make it feel like a real home from the moment you walk in. We booked this home for a work trip, and we fell in love with it, including the yard! We cooked inside, grilled on the BBQ pit, relaxed in the jacuzzi, and even had a game night around the fire pit. Anytime we had a question or issue, the host was incredibly quick, kind, and helpful in getting everything smoothed out for us! Can’t recommend this place enough for a bigger group!

Came here for a bachelorette party. Initially was going to book for 16 girls— although that was what is described it would be PACKED and not enough room. However we had 10 girls and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of bathrooms and the beds were so comfy! Would stay there again.

12 women all stayed here for a moms trip and it was the perfect place for a big group! Some of us had to sit on the floor to all eat together but it had beds for everyone and that’s all that matters! Every bathroom was amazing for getting ready. We only were able to walk to a local coffee shop but ubering to Rainey only cost us $5 each way and got rides within 1-2 minutes! Bose speaker worked amazing for us and cornhole outside was so fun. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place, comfortable beds. I feel the family area living room would be tight for 16 people to hangout. There's plenty of sleep accommodations. If the weather is too cold or rainy and people stay inside the gathering area could get very crowded.

Our group stayed here for a conference. The decor is definitely geared towards a bachelorette group, but it made it sort of a novelty to stay for our group! The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean!

Wonderful!!! - This place was an amazing Airbnb. It was the perfect space for the 13 of us and even had room for more! The location was great and the outdoor area was really private which made us feel safe. UrbanStay was so helpful and kind, especially with how many questions I asked.
