The fully equipped kitchen’s got tons of storage, custom wood cabinets, white brick backsplash, and even a library ladder. There’s also a tucked-away powder room, laundry room, and a private bedroom with a Queen size bunk-bed that can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Take the floating stairs up to a cozy loft and the two other bedroom suites. The first suite is decked out with Restoration Hardware fixtures, sliding glass barn doors, and a walk-in shower. It has 2 Queen sized beds and lots of natural light. There is a dedicated laptop friendly workstation on this level of the home as well, and you'll stay connected with the high speed WiFi throughout the home, The King bedroom suite has its own special touches like a hand-burnished clawfoot tub, a private balcony, and a spiral staircase leading to its own entrance.

The garage has been converted into a games room for your entertainment, featuring favourites like air hockey, foosball and arcade basketball. There's still plenty of free street parking for your vehicles.

Outside, the beautifully landscaped courtyard is made for lounging under the shade of live oaks. Plus, the location is walkable to downtown, Waterloo Park, Moody Amphitheater, UT Dell Medical School, State Capitol, local eateries, and area parks.
