This luxurious 5 bedroom home can host up to 10 guests a time, and can keep everyone entertained! Enjoy the gorgeous fully fenced in backyard, which features a sparkling outdoor swimming pool, and spill-over hot tub. Stretch out on one of the sun loungers, or throw a towel down and lay on the grass. But that's not all - there's also an outdoor lounge area with a fire-table and wall-mounted TV! This is a perfect spot to enjoy something to eat, served right off your BBQ grill!

If you've had enough sunshine for the day, move inside into the garage-turned-games-room. You'll be greeted by a colourful Texas mural and green carpeted space! Here you can challenge your group to a game of foosball, darts, corn hole, and more. Or just watch the action from any of the comfortable seating options.

Speaking of watching the action, in the living room you can catch your favourite shows on the 65" Smart TV - equipped with high speed internet of course! You could also play a game of billiards or cozy up around the fire place - this house has it all! The main floor features a large open concept living area, fully equipped chef's kitchen, and dining area. There's even a large private study when you need to get some work done. The study has a full wall of built-in cabinetry and high speed internet access.

Let's talk about the kitchen! It's spacious design includes a large kitchen island with bar seating. The kitchen has lots of countertop space for prepping meals, a deep double sink, and plenty of cupboard space. It's fully equipped with top of the line appliances, including a dishwasher.

The ground level master bedroom is a dream with its bayed windows, King sized bed, luxurious spa bathroom, and custom walk-in "California Closet." The master bedroom ensuite features a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and soaker bathtub. There is also a ground level Queen sized bedroom which also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Moving upstairs, you'll find another spacious TV lounge and several more bedrooms. The King sized bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The full sized bedroom has a beautiful cactus mural and is very spacious; and the bedroom with two twin beds includes a dedicated workspace.

Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, this house is just a short drive from wineries, golf courses, horseback riding and more. Guests have full private access to the home and there's free on site parking.

• One of the pool light and the dryer are currently not available. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

• Early Check in- $30/hr (upon availability)
• Late Check out -$30/hr (upon availability)

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night for hot tub and $75/night for pool and $100/day for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• Furry friends up to 70lbs, come on down and join the party at our place! Just a heads-up, there's a $50 pet fee for each adorable buddy, and we're capping it at one pet (but hey, that's still a whole lot of fun for one critter).
