The Markham Village Music festival is a local tradition that takes place every year on the third full weekend in June. Main Street Markham is closed to vehicular traffic during the festival. The festival is free as it is fully supported by sponsors. In addition to music the festival includes children’s activities in nearby Morgan Park and the Farmers’ Market on Robinson Street.

• We kindly ask that you refrain from flushing any items that may cause the toilet to clog. Only toilet paper should be disposed of in the toilet. Additionally, please flush toilet paper in moderation, avoiding excessive amounts at once. Thank you for your cooperation.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

• For safety precautions, if you intend to set up the sofa bed, it is advisable to have two persons involved, as it requires a bit of strength.

• Please be respectful of the neighbours. There are no parties allowed here, and quiet hours are strictly enforced.

• No smoking of any substance is allowed.

We're happy to deliver:
• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

• Your well-being is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional COVID-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

The only hiccup would be the opening up the front door. Really hard to open it up. It is located in a south-east asian community with friendly peoples around! Hidden Gem once you go up the stairs!

So lovely place! Flexible check-in but a little bit hard to find the place at first. Also hard to open the door. And sorry for the lack of hair dryer. Other than that it was perfectly clean and wide. I love it.

The place was very well furnished, kitchen appliances were really handy and useful, the heater didn’t work at the beginning but the owners responded immediately until late night. It’s better for driving travellers, walking to the nearest shopping center would be 30 mins walking roundtrip.

I loved my stay! The place itself is a little difficult to find since it’s in an interesting location for an apartment. However, once we stepped in we were blown away with how nice the space was. The place felt incredibly spacious and clean. Everything functioned really well and we loved how it felt like home! 10/10 would recommend.

Thank you to Adnan & Mya for hosting us! I did have an issue when arriving; I couldn't find the entrance to the bnb. Adnan & Mya were super helpful and responsive when it came to resolving the problem right away. The entrance to the bnb may seem a little sussy at first glance because it's behind a building near a corner. However, once you get over the initial exterior and step foot into the building, you'll be amazed at how well-kept it is. The space looks exactly like the pictures. I really like the interior, the bathroom, the kitchen, the bedrooms, and etc... All the amenities were included which was perfect for me and my family's stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Adnan & Mya had solid communication and were extremely responsive. I would stay again! :)

It is a great place for 3 to 4 pax. Nice and cosy the hosts is caring and responsive during my stay, the Aircon is good and water heater too. I love the kitchen so much. is a really nice place for a getaway. they provide hanger, soap, detergent, hair dryer and many more... Thank you.

This is an awesome place to stay if youre travelling around Toronto, the place is homey, clean, very accessible. It is about 30-40 mins to Downtown Toronto, a lot of grocery/plaza/restaurant near this place. We travelled with 6 people and going back to the place after day of travel is relaxing! I can't wait to book it again when I go back!
