Perfect for families, it's large enough to host up to 9 guests at at time. There is a queen bedroom on the ground level of the home, and both the king bedroom suite and the bunk-bed room are upstairs. You'll also find a second TV lounge upstairs, complete with a foosball table for some friendly competition. Each of the bedrooms comes with fresh linens and fluffy pillows, and its own smart TV to keep you entertained. The king suite comes with a sparkling ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and large standing shower.
You'll love the group-friendly open-concept living space, and the fully equipped chef's kitchen. There's a large family dining table to enjoy your meals around, and additional dining space at the kitchen bar. The back patio sundeck has recliners for you to soak up that Florida sunshine, and there's a private swimming pool ready for you, when you want to cool off.
You'll also find all the comforts of home you need here, like central air conditioning, free onsite parking, and in-home laundry machines. Parking spaces are not assigned and are on a first come, first serve basis. You may park up to 2 vehicles in the onsite parking area.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
