This pet-friendly home is located in the Veranda Palms Resort, a secure gated community located next to "The Loop," a premier shopping and entertainment mecca. You'll be just 10 minutes from Disney parks as well as upscale brand outlets, malls and numerous championship golf courses.

The main floor of the home is designed with a group-friendly, open concept layout. There's plenty of seating in the comfortable living room, lots of indoor dining space at the formal dining table and kitchen island, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. You'll have all the tools you need to prepare a great meal, plus you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your outdoor grill.

Through the glass sliding doors, you'll find a spacious furnished sundeck, complete with a private swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub. There's additional dining space out here too, perfect for casual lunches or snacks.

Back inside, you'll find three bedrooms on the ground level of the home; a King bedroom with a sparkling ensuite bathroom, and two Queen bedroom suites (one with an ensuite). The other seven bedrooms are all located up the stairs on the second level. Kids will love the themed bedrooms with their custom designed beds. The Alligator room has a slide to get from the top bunk to the floor, cool mood lighting, and awesome murals. The immersive design of the fairytale room is made for kids with big imaginations and feels like you stepped inside a story book.

You'll also find a second TV lounge upstairs, this one with a billiards table, board games and puzzles. All this, plus all the comforts of home, like in-home laundry machines, central air conditioning, complimentary wifi, and free onsite parking.

Veranda Palms is a family friendly gated resort in the Kissimmee area of Orlando, surrounded by the Shingle Creek Preserve; yet only minutes away from world-famous attractions, sun-soaked golf courses, countless shops and restaurants. You'll have endless entertainment options right at your doorstep. It is ideally located for all amenities and is in close proximity to Walmart and Target superstores. Resort facilities include a newly renovated clubhouse with large communal pool; children’s splash playground with waterslides; a fully equipped gym with cardio and weights facilities; a large sundeck with lounge chairs plus shaded sitting areas.

• Pool and Hot Tub heating are additional services that are not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35 per night, per service, which we provide upon request.
