This is the perfect spot for foodies, since you'll be nearby some of Ottawa's best restaurants! Fancy some classic Chinese cuisine? Swing by the Yangtze Dining Lounge. Or for a bit of extra flair, check out the lively Shanghai Restaurant – been around since '71 – serving up Asian delights alongside drag queen karaoke on Saturday nights. This pet-friendly unit has a separate bedroom with a Queen sized bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. It can accommodate up to 3 guests at a time. You'll love the kitchenette, with its mini-fridge and microwave oven, as well as small appliances including a coffee maker and toaster. The living room has a 55" smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment, and the suite is wired with a high speed internet connection.

2. We offer parking for $15/day, available in the back parking lot. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass.
3. Pets up to 70lbs. are very welcome at our home. The pet fee is $49/animal.
4. We're happy to deliver:
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
