The building is stocked with amenities! Everything from a gym, yoga studio, to private cabana lounges. But what sets this building apart is the rooftop infinity pool, a quiet cascading flow that seems to stretch to infinity leaving everything else behind, except you.
But what makes this condo really shine is the prime location. Seated in the Entertainment District, where the city's heart beats the loudest, you are right across the street from The CN Tower, The Metro Convention Centre, and the Rogers Centre, as well as all the shops, restaurants, bars and clubs of downtown Toronto.

Food delivery policy:
• To help keep our environment fresh and clean, please note that any perishable items left unclaimed at the concierge will be discarded by the security team after 60 minutes, as implemented by the building management. This helps us prevent odors and avoid pest issues.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.
• For stays of 21 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our property and ensures a comfortable experience for our long-term guests.

--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)
2. The temperature is centralized within the building. It is set to heating from November to March and will be changed to cooling around April.
3. Please note our unit is equipped with noise sensors to ensure noise levels are monitored for the comfort of all guests.
4. The dishwasher is currently out of service and will not be operational during your stay.
5. Your wellbeing is our top priority. We have built upon our foundation of pre-existing high cleaning standards with additional Covid-19 specific recommendations from the WHO, CDC and Canadian Public Health Agency guidelines.

Cancellation Policy

- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
