This bright and airy apartment is in the perfect location! Only steps away from outdoor tennis courts and public parks, and walking distance from Stampede Park! You'll be just a few blocks from downtown, in the Beltline neighbourhood of Calgary's Design District.

The open concept design feels even more spacious with the floor to ceiling windows, offering fantastic views of the city! The living room has a pull out sofa bed and a 55" smart TV with Netflix. There is a dining table with space for 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Plus, you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your own personal grill!

The King sized bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and fantastic closet. This bedroom has a smart TV, and the whole condo is connected to high speed internet service. The Queen bedroom has sliding doors and comfortable bedding. The suite is also equipped with laundry machines for our guests to use.

" The COLOURS BY BATTISTELLA is a privately-owned residential condo building with no specific services or amenities for rental guests. All guests will be required to acknowledge in writing that they will comply with applicable residential Bylaws and community standards at all times during their stay."

• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

1. We offer on-site, underground parking for one vehicle at $20 per night. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

We had a great experience at this place! Everything you need for the kitchen - bedding was ample and lots extra. Beds were comfy and clean. So nice having two full bathrooms. The views are beautiful. The check in was a bit confusing - and the 10am check out was a little too early- as the cleaner was there knocking on the door right exactly at 10am - so don’t think you have a few extra mins at all. But it was clean and super spacious and perfect for two couples to share. The brightness is great! The views are wonderful. Only suggestions; the BBQ (we didn’t use) looks like it needs to be cleaned and covered. And chairs on the patio would be great (even some to be stored in the laundry room) as the views are beautiful and enjoying coffee out there in the morning is lovely. Lots of communication with the hosts - which is great. I didn’t feel it was too much at all. Great stay- thank you!!!

Very nice place. We had some troubles with the television however everything else was awesome! The view from the apartment was amazing. It was foggy when we were there which made for an impressive view. Wouldn't suggest bringing more than 4 guests unless someone really enjoys sleeping on the couch, but overall was spacious enough for my group!

Samantha’s place was the perfect place for a quick Calgary trip. A very handy and practical spot to stay at and Samantha gave an abundance of info in advance to answer all questions and did not require too many thugs from us upon check out .

Can’t beat the location - I’ll say it again. The place was perfect for 6 people. Super close to every and any place nearby. Walking around was nice and lively. If anyone ever books for a short term stay as in an Airbnb, this place’s location beats any others.

Had a great stay here. The condo was in a perfect central location and was very clean upon our arrival. Our host was very friendly and responsive to any of our inquires. And there was plenty of room for 5 people.
