Please be advised that the Bella Vida community pool will be closed to all residents beginning November 6 for resurfacing. The project is expected to take approximately 3–4 weeks to complete. We appreciate your understanding while this improvement work is underway.

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!
• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.
• Gym is currently closed until further notice due to a maintenance issue.
• Please keep your card safe during your stay. A $50 replacement fee will apply for any lost amenity card.

Additional Services:
• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time USD 69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!
• Pool heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price. The fee is USD 45/night with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.
• Rent a Pack 'n play for USD 39 (one-time fee)
• Rent a highchair for USD 29 (one-time fee)
