The Gerrard by Casa Hotels is a fully contactless property — there is no front desk or traditional hotel lobby.
Our properties are designed to provide a residential-style stay, rather than a traditional hotel experience.
Daily housekeeping is not provided; however, cleaning supplies and equipment are available in the property for your convenience throughout your stay.

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• As this property is located in a vibrant area, some street noise and sounds from neighboring units may be heard. Earplugs are provided for your comfort during your stay.

• Due to the building’s solid concrete structure, cellular signal may be weak indoors, but high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout. For best connectivity, we recommend turning on Wi-Fi Calling.

• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and recommend avoiding online orders, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed within your stay.

• Please Note: The bathroom features a compact walk-in shower. Guests who are taller or have a larger build may find the space tighter than a standard shower stall.
