Great home for large/multiple families visiting Orlando. Two refrigerators. Two dishwashers. Screened in pool was awesome.

My family and I had a great time during our recent stay here. The location and overall vibe were perfect for our vacation. However, there were a few areas that could use some attention. When we arrived, we noticed that the furniture, carpets, and area rugs were quite stained and could use a deep cleaning. We also had some trouble with the upstairs washing machine. While I contacted the host right away and she was very quick to respond, the maintenance team she promised never actually showed up to fix it. We didn’t let these setbacks ruin our trip, but if these maintenance and cleanliness issues are addressed, this would easily be a five-star place to stay in Orlando.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed the location and vibe of our home. It’s always our goal to provide a memorable vacation for our guests. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon your arrival. Your feedback about the furniture and carpets is invaluable, and we will be addressing these concerns with our cleaning team to ensure that future guests have a spotless environment. Regarding the washing machine, we regret that our maintenance team did not follow through as promised. We understand how frustrating that can be, and we will be looking into this to improve our response times and service reliability. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back in the future, where we can provide you with the five-star experience you deserve.
