Step inside to a bright, airy space with high ceilings and a spacious layout. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and private balcony access—ideal for morning coffee or sunset views. The second bedroom offers two queen beds with plenty of closet space. Need extra sleeping room? The living room includes a full-size sofa sleeper. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings after a day in the sun.

• Please be advised that the reservation must be made by someone who is at least 21 years of age.
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

  • 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
  • 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

Best Airbnb at SPI hands down the area is peacefully quiet walking distance to a beach access. Great place for a weekend getaway very homey and clean. The owner does an amazing job answering any questions or concerns you may have. Parking is super easy and spacious there is more parking down the street about 40 feet from the Airbnb if needed. Overall a 5 star rating is well deserved if there was an option to add one more star I will definitely be adding it.
