You can enjoy your food around the dining table, but it also doubles as a laptop friendly workstation. The whole unit has complimentary high speed wifi so you can stay connected during your stay.
There's a smart TV for your entertainment in the living room, where the sofa bed is located. The main bedroom has fresh linens and fluffy bath towels.
On the second Friday of every month, Art Crawl transforms James Street North into a celebration of art, music, and food.You’ll be met with the friendly welcome of a block party and the excitement of a street festival where studios, galleries, shops, and restaurants keep their doors open late to welcome visitors who fill the sidewalks.

• The air conditioning unit is currently out of order. We are in the process of getting a new one installed as soon as possible.

• Please note that due to ongoing construction and preparations for a Santa Claus Parade, both the back entrance (James St N) and the side entrance (Robert St) will be temporarily inaccessible. If you arrive by cab or car, there's a single spot available for temporary parking to load/unload. This spot is located behind Christ's Church Cathedral, at 252 James St N, Hamilton, ON L8R 2L3, Canada.
• Please note there is a staircase leading to the unit.
• There are different units in this building, including a basement suite.
• Please note the images on the listing are representation of all the units within the building. The unit you will stay in will be confirmed on your arrival date.
• There is no on-site parking available. Please contact us if you require parking recommendations.
• For the safety and security of our guests, there are security cameras located in the common areas and exterior of the building. There are also cameras located on each of the floors facing the hallway, the entrance, the laundry area, the driveway, the parking lot and the fire escape. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in front of the building.
• Please note that we are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders. We encourage guests to avoid placing online orders during their stay as shipping times can vary. Even when the expected delivery date is within your stay, we do not recommend placing orders that must be shipped to your vacation rental property.

• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
• a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com
- 0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
- 9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.
Booking On Other Sites
Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.
Booking Deposit
50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.
