Egg-stra Special Guest Experiences

In the world of short-term rentals, guest satisfaction is paramount. Happy guests are more likely to leave positive reviews, recommend your property to others, and become repeat customers. At Upstay, we are dedicated to making your guest's experience as enjoyable as possible. One of the ways we stand out from the crowd, is by offering seasonal upgrades to make their stay more memorable.  We spoke with Upstay's Patrick Au, head of guest experience, for the details. 

We want to look at the commonly celebrated events in the calendar year, and offer guests the option of having us gather up some things to help them celebrate. It's one less thing to pack, and one less stop to make. Our Valentine's package was a big success, and now we're following that with a few Spring options.

"We know that travelling can be stressful and difficult, especially with kids, so we're saying, let us take on the task of celebration planning for you."

Our Spring packages are designed to make things easier for parents and to take some tasks of your plate. One of the packages even includes our staff hiding Easter eggs in the home before you check-in, so upon arrival the kids immediately have an activity to keep them busy while parents can unpack and settle in.

"When kids are having a good time, the parents are normally having a good time too. This sets the tone for their stay."

Spring packages are available now and include 3 options;

Basket filled with Goodies

$60 - a collection of chocolate treats, sweets and more

Easter Egg Hunt

$50 - our staff will hide eggs filled with treats in the property before your guests arrive, there will be baskets and other kid-friendly surprises waiting for your guests when they check-in.

Spring Cookie Baking Kit

$30 - includes recipes and ingredients for baking Spring cookies
