Additional Services:
• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!
• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night per service or $59/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.
• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)
• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

Notice: Bellavida – Community Updates. Recreational vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, and side‑by‑sides are strictly prohibited, and any damage to common areas will be the full financial responsibility of the owner or guest, so please inform all visitors. The gym will be closed for renovations on March 18 and 19, and will reopen at 9:00 AM on March 20.

Update from the Bellavida Community:
The parking lot near La Fuentes is strictly closed due to ongoing stormwater repairs near the lake and Stella. Vehicles found in the restricted area will be towed and relocated to the adjacent lot. Guests are reminded not to move cones marking hazardous work zones and to always check signage before parking to avoid relocation.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible cancellations for all reservations made on upstay.com

0-4 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 5 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
5-8 bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 7 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)
9+ bedroom properties - Free cancellation until 14 days prior to arrival (4pm eastern time)

For longer stays (up to 30 days) or monthly leases, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees.

Booking On Other Sites

Booking directly with us offers more flexible cancellation policies compared to other sites. Always double-check the cancellation policy before booking elsewhere, and consider booking with us directly for the best price on your rental.

Booking Deposit

50% of the total cost of the reservation is due at the time of booking, the other 50% must be paid once the cancellation policy kicks in.

We LOVED our stay here! Incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. Our kids were thrilled to spend time in the home theatre, games room and private pool. The neighborhood was peaceful, and well situated for exploring the area and visiting theme parks. Highly recommend for families visiting the area. We rented this place last minute and we’re worried it was going to be too good to be true. It was just my family of four as we extended our stay in Florida. The home was exactly as pictured my teenage boys loved the game room. we enjoyed a family movie and the hot tub and pool often. We were grateful that we paid to have the pool and hot tub as we were here with extremely low temperatures. The hosts were great, very attentive and helpful. The home was clean and had all essentials needed to enjoy our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

It was the most amazing Airbnb experience I have ever had, everything felt like cozy amazing, very clean home. From little treat bowl to a handwritten welcome letter, I got extremely positive that same moment. This house is the best I rented, and to be honest we even didn't want to leave that place at all, you have your own private cinema, comfortable pool, great jacuzzi, grill, everything you want is out there, and also of course the game room. So we were 8 people over there and we definitely didn't wanna leave that house, we wanted to be there for another week! Definitely recommended and proven to be the best one out there!

The house was everything they said it would be and more! I absolutely had a great time with my family. my grand kids did not want to leave! The hist were amazing about responding to all of my questions. they were very accommodating and made me feel like more than a guest. I felt like family and I appreciated that. The house was so worth what inlaid. I was so happy! My grandson had an amazing 4th birthday there. Movie night was amazing. We had a poolside BBQ. What else can we ask for? Everything we needed was close by! I was so happy about that! lol. Will definitely stay there again. I 100% recommend! you won't be disappointed!

This villa is so beautiful and has absolutely everything that you could need for a perfect stay. The check in process was easy and a welcome basket and card left with all essentials provided for our stay. The host is extremely responsive to any queries and even checked in with us half way through our stay to ensure that everything was OK. Our wifi cut out on a day that we had decided to stay in the villa and within 20 minutes a technician had arrived to fix it. The location is within a very private, quiet complex and perfect for exploring universal and disney. There are plenty of amenities closeby and you can easily spend some days in the villa relaxing its so lovely. I wouldn t hesitate to book again based on how stunning the villa is and how excellent the host is.

Fijn verblijf gehad! Het huis is ruim en schoon, ideaal voor een familievakantie. De gameroom en thuisbioscoop waren een hit bij de kinderen – die hadden de tijd van hun leven. Ook het zwembad is mooi, al vonden we de buitenverlichting wat ongezellig in de avond. Alle slaapkamers zijn lekker ruim en hebben een eigen badkamer, wat heel prettig is met meerdere mensen. De matrassen zijn wat aan de verende kant, maar we hebben er prima op geslapen. De ligging is top: je bent zo bij de grote attractieparken en malls. Tot slot, de host reageert snel en denkt mee. Zo was de ijsmachine defect en werd aangeboden om ijs te bezorgen. Al met al een aanrader!

The kids loved the movie theatre, game room, and especially the heated pool and hot tub. The weather during our stay didn't get much warmer than 65 degrees. The pool was consistently about 90 degrees which was great! The neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint we have is that the two king beds upstairs were not comfortable. You could feel the springs. There also was not a complementary welcome basket as listed, which isn't super important but was advertised. I would recommend this place!

This is a great place to stay. The pool area is lovely and the house is gorgeous. Perfect distance if you’re doing the parks. Lots of great places to eat around you. This is a perfect house for a family getaway!

Was exactly as described on the listing. Smooth checkin and checkout. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly. Trash pickup was confusing at first but they walked us through it. We had an awesome trip. No complaints!

What an amazing time we had! Hurricane Milton and all for our Disney vacation. The property team checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. They responded at a drop of a hat. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. The movie theater room and game room were so cool! We will be returning and booking this place again! We are so happy!! Highly recommend.

House was as described. House had plenty of room for all guest to have their own private spaces and also have a great time with family and friends. Owners were very responsive and helpful when questions arose. 10-15 miles aways from most theme park attractions and surrounding activities. Great location to local stores and grocery stores as well. Plenty of fast food and restaurants to choose from and well as food choices. Would definitely consider renting from in the future.

Great house , lots of space. Rooms were well thought out with themes. Paid to heat the pool and hot tub and it was perfect. Very comfortable beds. Just make sure to bring extras with you like coffee, filters, salt and pepper, etc, there are no extras here.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this listing. Everything was just as it said and then some. We came here for my sons 17th birthday and he and his friends really enjoyed themselves. Everyone had their own room with their own private bathroom! The house has enough space so my husband and I were able to enjoy this just as much as the boys did! The hosts were very informative and responded to every question within 10 minutes! Every inch of this house was utilized! They particularly enjoyed the gameroom and pool! I Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

We have used many different vacation rentals all around the world over the last 10+ years and this was the best one! The description did not do the home justice and we were very surprised at some big unlisted amenities in the home.

Gorgeous home with plenty of space for large families Well worth the price. Loved the theater room and the pool/hot tub area. Note that certain things do cost extra (such as warming the hot tub)

This home is beautiful and clean with new appliances and furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything one would need. The rooms are spacious. There was a full private bathroom for each bedroom. Everything was in pristine condition. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of a day that entailed a lot of walking. The home is in a gated community which provides an added sense of security. The home is near the parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host was very responsive. She called in advance to answer any questions that I had prior to checkin. The instructions for checkin were thorough. The host checked in periodically to see if there was anything that we needed. You could not ask for more from this host. I would highly recommend this home, as well as this host.

This house was everything that we needed for our trip to the parks. Everyone had their own space and their own bathroom. Beautiful home with plenty of space, bathrooms, and entertainment for all ages in the house. The house backs up to a busy street facing a mobile home park, Three out of the five bathrooms had horrible water pressure so we all used two of the showers. The freezer did not get very cold so we lost some of the frozen food we had in the freezer. Those were probably the only issues i had with the house which I was able to deal with. The property manager was efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend this home and return next time we come to Florida for vacation.

We came for a quick Disney trip with my parents and in laws! This house was in the perfect location to everything. Very clean and spacious, we especially enjoyed the pool safety fence made it where when the Littles wanted to be in the pool we could open it and when they didn’t we didn’t have the worry of them falling in!
