The large capacity modular sofa stretches around a large cable television and gas fireplace, and there's plenty of seating for everyone.
Just off the living room you'll find sliding glass doors that lead out onto the covered area of the patio. This space features an outdoor fireplace with comfy plush seating and a ping-pong table. Plus you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to the webber outdoor propane grill. Beyond the overhang you'll see the fabulous heated 53 foot outdoor swimming pool and spill-over jacuzzi hot tub. Soak up the Texas sunshine from one of the lounge chair recliners and enjoy a refreshing dip to cool off in the pool. After sundown, you'll love gathering the crew around the outdoor firepit area.
